Yep, I followed absolutely everything and I did everything right and no one can connect still. I'm done, this game can blow me honestly. 18 hours of work for nothing, good fight.
Did you give them your public IP adress (the one on Google) or your personal IP adress (The one in the command prompt)?
You will need to add a port 2 times. both times the port will be 25565, then one time the protocol would be UDP and one time TCP, after that you can name the port (call them both the same). I call mine "Minecraft", after that is done people will be able to join your server, if not you have to change some settings into your firewall. But don't ask me wich one cause that has been done a long time ago for my pc.
I already tried that. Made two ports, one UDP, one TCP, and I even tried one called "both". I even tried a combination of all three in different ways and orders, as far as my firewall goes, I've tried accepting everything through it. Hell, I even turned all my firewalls off period just to see if that might be the issue. It's just not meant to be, and I don't know why. I just can't host I guess, which sucks because I just want a server of my own without paying for it. Not going to pay for something that's free.
you can use hamachi if you really can't portforward. But i have to warn you that people think hamachi get's a virus on your pc, from my experience this is not true cause i used if for over 2 years before i learned to portforward, never got a virus not even a detection from my antivirus (norton)
Thank you for trying to find a work around, but Hamachi doesn't work either, i've tried. Also, I want a server that everyone and anyone can go on and contribute to over months and months of work, but it isn't going to happen either way, but thank you.

Be sure to let them connect to your IP4 adress when you work with hamachi
