This a link to a group in my bPermissions file, when i try do /nick &2Gammin it says "error: Nicknames must be alphanumaric"
But if i Op myself and the the same thing it works nor problem

You can't have the & It has to be 2Gammin. Alphanumaric kinda means in a way "No Funny Letters" Like $%&")!'# All that stuff.

I think you need the essentials.nick.magic node for it to work. I can't remember though, but it's worth a shot. Also make sure that you reloaded your permissions after adding the nodes.

I see no issues with your permissions file, however, I do see some other red flags. For one, Factions is having issues with your CraftBukkit version.

i have uninstalled Factions, replaced Essentials and PermissionsEX to the correct versions.(1.2.5 Tekkit)

We will need more info such as your permissions file, etc. to help you. If you are using PEX, add the '*' node to the group your administrators are in and reload PEX. That should fix it. If you're not using PEX, please be more specific.
Okay so i have a server and i recently added iConomy to my plugins
for some reason iconomy is like completely ignoring my permissions file because i have
default: Citizen
groups:
Citizen
permssions:
- ^iConomy.*
but they can still do /money set (name) (amount) and it works eventhough they shoulded be able to do anything iConomy related, i will post my whole permissions file along with a snapshot if its needed

Some of the indentation was off
You were missing a space between default: and false in one of the groups

What permissions manager are you using? I'm seeing a node for modifyworld, which is part of the PEX plugin suite, but your node format is for permissions bukkit.

Retired StaffI think you need the essentials.nick.magic node for it to work. I can't remember though, but it's worth a shot. Also make sure that you reloaded your permissions after adding the nodes.

Retired StaffI see no issues with your permissions file, however, I do see some other red flags. For one, Factions is having issues with your CraftBukkit version.
So, you may want to get the correct version for your version of CraftBukkit, or run a newer CraftBukkit. ChatManager and PEX are throwing errors as well, are they enabled? Do you have a chat plugin enabled? It's throwing errors with that too.
i have uninstalled Factions, replaced Essentials and PermissionsEX to the correct versions.(1.2.5 Tekkit)

We will need more info such as your permissions file, etc. to help you. If you are using PEX, add the '*' node to the group your administrators are in and reload PEX. That should fix it. If you're not using PEX, please be more specific.
for some reason iconomy is like completely ignoring my permissions file because i have
default: Citizen
groups:
Citizen
permssions:
- ^iConomy.*
but they can still do /money set (name) (amount) and it works eventhough they shoulded be able to do anything iConomy related, i will post my whole permissions file along with a snapshot if its needed

Some of the indentation was off
You were missing a space between default: and false in one of the groups
'&c[Mod] &f was missing a ' at the end, same with '&4[Admin] &f
- I have 2 worlds Creative and Survival.
- I have different ranks in creative and survival, example in Survival there is a rank called Citizen, in creative there is a rank called builder.
- if i am in survival and i am a Citizen then i jump in a portal and go to creative, i am still a citizen but i cant do anything because i need to be a builder.
- so i do /promote gamminout build (in my tracks.yaml i have http://pastebin.com/3dbpiV1K )
- so then im a builder, but then i have the same problem when i go back to survival
please help, i need to make it so they can have different ranks in different worlds, also if you could help me on making it so their inventory doesn't carry through the worlds (so they cant go to creative get a a bunch of diamond and return to survival) Let me know if you need my to pastebin any additional .ymal or config files!
