Can the Snapshot Server use Superflat Presets?

I was wondering if there was any way to use the superflat presets on a server. If so, how?

And this works with presets? Or will it just change back when I go to unloaded chunks?

In the server.properties, change the level-type to FLAT and it will generate flat land even with new chunks.
