Thank you very much! This solved a lot of issues for me and my son wanting to run multiple maps, but not knowing at 10 how to move around to run them and the backup function is awesome. I don't know why everyone would not run this!
I would like to see a lot more in game functions. (i.e., Pop-up Item IDs, Dynamap link, server commands in a drop down, up arrow recall text)
Sort list of servers by header (i.e., port, status, etc.)
A way of updating servers (i.e., jar) without starting new
Just wanted to let you know I've been using your server manager programs for at least a month. They're exceptionally useful for non-bukkit servers. This latest version 1.1 dropped CPU usage while running two servers simultaneously, a great change to say the least.
As for bugs, I have noticed after running a server for days (not sure of exact time-frame), it incorrectly shows players online. This bug existed in the prior server manager you released in another thread, also. It's not that big of a deal, though.

Thanks for your hard work!
I have had the same issue come up. I also caused the system to lockup when I accidently tried to give two servers the same name. It told me it was an error, but then greyed out the server configuration and I could not click on anything else. I was forced to stop the task, but interesting enough the application did a good job to close all the servers before stopping.

Version 1.2 Download here
* Added Events, run scheduled commands!
* Added reason for ban
* Added reason for kick and kick all
* Added a Quick Action bar to all servers that provides more options
* Added the ability to resize the server window
* Added the option to enable or diable the deletion of old backups
* Updated the auto fill values
* Fixed server naming rules (no more duplicates)
* Fixed players online bug (maybe)
Thank you for the updates. One more request would be to have an autosave function for XMSM configuration to a specified directory or at least a manual one. Basically, I want to backup the configuration information for your application to the same PC and directory where I am saving the backups of my Minecraft Servers.
BTW, I am running 6 different servers including Pure Minecraft, Bukkit, and Tekkit. They are running on one dedicated AMD 6 core 2.7ghz, 8mb ram, 1.5tb PC. It is running flawlessly and now message to date that the servers are behind.
Thanks again for your work, you really made it easy for my family and friends to have fun with Minecraft.

I was going to do that, but forgot. I will add that in the next update.

Thanks for all the kind words and ideas from everyone! I made XMSM so that anyone can easily run their own server of choice. As a developer I understand that it’s not easy for everyone to manage a Minecraft server, let alone many at once. I am a gamer myself, when I first played Minecraft back in indev I was immediately addicted. As it grew in popularity I saw that the future of Minecraft would be its multiplayer capabilities. I have always wanted to contribute to the community in some sort of way, so I created this with the hopes that many more can enjoy the game with ease.
I am still surprised by the quality and the awesomeness of your software!
Just thought I would let you know that I am still having a report that people are on server under player, but have logged off. Any chance for a Backup ALL Server Button or did I miss it somewhere. I know I am getting pretty needed and lazy, but it is your fault
I am still having a report that people are on server under player, but have logged off.
Does this seem to happen with a specific server mostly (bukkit, tekkit, minecraft)?
From what I have seen this seems to be an issue with tekkit. When a player connects, if they have an addon that is not up to the version required for the server, it disconnects them with out reporting that it has done so.
I feel that the character limit for the 'server textures' box is unfair. Instead of having one link (that I used to use), I've had to compress it a bit and relocate it on the server I host it to.
I have increased the character limit to 200 from 58.
Been using v1.2 for a bit. Player count doesn't seem any better. It actually hovers around 50 players now when only about 5 people actively play on the server. My server is vanilla forge, with about 60 mods loaded. I do update a lot and player's aren't notified until connecting and being booted.. however, I don't see how that could account for the ~45 or so phantom players, as only two players connect externally, with the rest updated by me.
Would it be sloppy to just "list" the server when someone joins, and have your front-end adjust the player count?

Still working on a fix for the players bug, also added a snooper option in the next version.
The players bug is quite a tricky one. XMSM monitors the servers for when people connect/disconnect. Sometimes the servers will kick someone, or someone will dc and the server does not report it. It seems to happen alot.
Thanks again for the continued work. I am not sure if the issue is me, but everytime I try to use the most current version of Bukkit from the download, the server won't shut down successfully. If I downgrade the jar it works fine. Is anyone else having this issue?
I would like to see a couple of things:
1. In Mobile Admin Android AP, I can click on players and see all the players who have ever logged in and see the last time they logged in. Also, I can see all the chat conversations(of course what they did). I am not sure if that is part of the Mobile Admin pluggin, but it would be great if you could tap into the same data even if someone has to add the Mobile Admin pluggin to have it work on your server.
2. The headers listing the servers sortable by each header
I figured there is no harm in asking :), though I am very happy with the functionality I have.
Have many servers, or just one!
Features:
http://www.endermen.org
Server 1: play.endermen.org - survival - grief prevention -- 30 slots
Just replace the JAR with whatever version you want, your world won't change unless the terrain generator in that version was changed by Mojang.
