essentials - edit list for /help

i have essentials installed but have very few commands availble to players. is there a way to edit the list show when a player types /help?

i just want to show the commands that our server uses

The /help should only show the commands that they have permissions for. You could disable the Essential's help and use the Bukkit's help system which does the same thing.
