I'm not exactly sure if this is Ip for people to connect to my server but whn i googled what's my server it gave me this:

Also try 70.224.39.8:25565 if you have problems.
It gives me an error but I figure since whn I enter the server it's internal, then it won't allow me to enter externally and thus a different IP is needed that i can't use.
You join the server with the IP you port-forwarded. Others join the server with the IP you found on Google (your external). Also add the port-forwarded IP in your server file.
You do not add anything to your IP in the server.properties. Also, if you want to see if others can connect, try using a port activity checker such as http://canyouseeme.org
