I was able to use WorldEdit, I did //wand just fine, and was able to use //set 1 after selecting a region.

As for WorldGuard, I made a fork of it as a temperary until he can release a dev for it

I looked at the code, and I hated looking at it. My libraries I had also were screwing with it.

AFAIK the dev team for Essentials are making a dev for it, but I can see about it though.

Possibly.... just use the almighty google XD

Yeah, we know those ones work, if you use dev builds of them.
I am not sure if there is a dev out for worldguard aside from the one I that I tested above.

Essentials has a dev build out (not tested)
PEX is confirmed (if you use the dev build)
WorldEdit was fine, using the RB of that was working on 1.2
WorldGuard, if you use mine or the dev, is fine
