There were issues with prefixes when changing channels, as well as a permission one that may be fixed now. I'll check that up on friday when I'm not using an iPhone at 23:00

I have a craftbukkit 1.2.3 server, and I find that the plugin BoatMod works on the version of craftbukkit Dev I am using.
The version I am using is for Minecraft 1.1, and gives a PlayerEvent error every time somone joins the server (this can be annoying, but only visible in the console). But BoatMod works pretty much perfectly on my server - even with some of the new blocks minecraft 1.2 gives.

The error is because of the new event system in R4+ for 1.1, which would cause the error. Any event-related things would crash on 1.2, which is the error you get. I would say it is unstable, not really working, because that issue can cause further problems.
