I made a simple program to create a GUI for modifying Minecraft server properties, so that one wouldn't need to use a text editor to edit the server.properties file, and I figured it was worth sharing with the rest of the Minecraft community.
This is mainly aimed for individual users, who are setting up temporary servers where they may wish to change properties often. All it does is read and edit the server.properties file, so it doesn't add much benefit beyond simple and quick modification.
Currently it will only fully work on Windows PC's. It's coded in java, so it should run on other systems, but, as I don't have much knowledge of the linux/unix command line, I haven't gotten it to a point where it can start the server from the program, but it should still function as a property editor.
If you do try this, I would recommend making a backup of at least your server.properties file, just to be safe. All feedback is welcome.
The screenshot looks quite nice, I can see how this could help in managing the server settings, since you don't have to go through a bunch of lines to find what you're looking for.

Also, source code is included in the jar file, in case you want to examine it.
