Im wondering how you even logged in with hey0's mod. I cant even log in.
It must mean its not applied correctly. I assume you applid the mod the same way you always have, jar uvf minecraft_server.jar *list of the class files* correct?
Yes, that is how I did it. Though now with the newest update I can't do anything.
All mods still don't work. I re-downloaded the minecraft_server.jar, I did everything, and when I run the .command file I get the default commands, not the commands for the mod.
Well I figured out how to get most of Hey0's mod working, problem is commands still don't work (still seeing, able to only use default commands). I also got a new problem. Every time I try to log into my own server is automatically stops the server from running and doesn't even allow me to connect, I don't know if that may be with a new version of Hey0's mod, but it certainly isn't helping me.
Hey everybody, sorryits taken me so long to respond, the website is down and Ive been moving into college so Ive been busy but Ill try to answer your questions.

It was doing the exact same thing to me (the logging in thing) and I havent found a fix yet. I havent been very helpful at answering any of your questions have I?
@Trittg
This might be my fault, but I think your answer lies in this post
Made an account just to post thank you for the easy guide and also two things:
When copying and pasting
the hyphens befor Xmx and Xms were small in Terminal, compare
-
–
For some reason it was giving me an error until I deleted the hyphen from copying and typed my own.
So try typing the hyphens yourself before the Xmx and see if that changes anything.
Swook - I guess we are in the same predicament. If you find something to fix this just tell me, I'll do the same if I find something that works. For now, it is completely annoying.
Swook I figured out that if you run the Minecraft_Mod.jar without using the .command file, and as a stand-alone it will make the mod work. Problem is I don't know how to edit how much RAM the mod will use, so it's stuck at 1GB.

Wait, hold on. You're running minecraft_mod.jar? You dont use any other wrappers I take it then? Because I just took all the class files from minecraft_mod.jar and stuck them in minecraft_server.jar and it appears Im running into the same problem as you.
Yep, and it's worse than doing that with minecraft_server.jar, it removes ALL commands, even default ones. Sucks, because I was excited that commands started to work, until I found out the RAM was extremely low.

After tinkering some more with hey0s mod I kinda give up on hey0s mod and am just gonna use speigalpwns javawrapper from now on. It does everything I need from hey0's mod except colors, which is coming in the next build anyway. Ill miss warps, but llamacrafts magic mod's teleports fill that need.
Its in the topic, but its pretty simple. And llamacrafts magic mod is applied the same way as every other mod and works with the java wrapper.
If you cant get it working, in the simpleserver properties, change the internal port to 25566 and port to 25565, it might be default now but it wasn't when I first got it.
Here it is. Put minecraft_mod.jar in the same folder as everything else (right now some timing out issues coming up since minecraft.net seems to be down, may be causing this).
Anyways for the .command file use this:
java -Xmx2048M -Xms2048M -jar minecraft_mod.jar
Don't add nogui at the end (it will remove commands from working). Hopefully it works for you, it did for me.

It has everything hey0 had except (working) warps, /compass, /getpos, and colors. But colors and titles are coming next.
