I know the port is 25565, and I know the type of protocol it needs to be opened up to is TCP.. but does it need to be opened to External or Internal Ports?
Internal and external ports? As in...internal being your computer, and external being your router/modem?
Make sure, if your modem/router has a firewall, that they are off or not blocking port 25565. Then, forward that port to your internal IP address, and make sure your Windows firewall is off, or not blocking it either.
If you have the option for internal and external port on your router, thats not two different ports, thats the external WAN incoming port and which port to redirect it to internally. Set them both to 25565.
Thanks.
