If the port is open, how can it not be port-forwarded?
I do suggest opening it on your router though, just in-case. If it fails then another program is responsible for blocking it, or if not a security setting you run with Windows XP
No firewall is off.
Antivirus is off.
Running on a windows XP 32x bit.
Port 25565 or whatever it is is open. (What ever one is listed on the instructions).
The server starts up fine.
Am I missing something?
