Hyvebuild is pretty easy to setup if you follow the instructions that have been posted on this forum many times. It has more features then Mynecraft. I'm the one who works on Hyvebuild, also, and can help you out if needed.
Okay, thanks. Yeah, i found all the tutorials for several softwares, and i'm right now installing hyve. It sounds pretty awesome :3
--EDIT--
I can't get running water on my map. I dl'ed a pre-made map. Does Hyvebuild not support those physics, or do i have to enable them, or do i have to edit the map itself?

there are 2 types of water. finite and infinite.
use "/fwater on" to turn on finite water. otherwise its infinite.
then you need to turn on physics with "/physics on".
So either all water is finite, or all water is infinite? Can you have both existing at the same time?
EDIT: Also, I turned off fwater, and turned on physics, but water's still not spreading. Do I have to replace my lakes with watervator/water?
EDIT 2: Dangg, this is so weird. My lakes aren't flowing, when i delete some of the sides, but this one pillar of water (elevator to a pixel art thing) started flooding like crazyy xD
BASICALLY, my only questions are:
How can i get some water to stay still (elevators), and some to be flowing (lakes, rivers), at the same time (if possible)? I dun know the diff. between water and water vator, and i turned on all physics.

I hope this fits in server admin, so might as well ask on this topic.
If you look at the pic above, the water seems only to flood around that one elevator, when physics=on, and fwater=off
The map is X:512 Y:256 Z:512
I heard somewhere, that physics stop working/mess up after your map reaches a certain limit.
- Does this maximum, if there is one, depend on the server software, or is it in the programming of minecraft itself?
- Can anybody tell me the maximum map dimensions for physics to fully work?

1. I have only heard of maximum block to process in Mynecraft/Hyvebuild.
2. It works at any dimension
Which server software is better, MCSharp, Mynecraft, or Hyvebuild?
I'm mainly looking for software with flowing water, easy setup/administration, and everything that MinerCPP has, and more (fill, teleport, etc.)
Can somebody give me list of some sort/redirect me to some site(s), of the features/pros/cons of each software?
If you can find any other software, you can show me that, too :biggrin.gif:
