I can't remember the command of the top of my head and my server doesn't have a monitor on it at the moment so I can't tell you definitively but I believe the command is /new [maptype] [mapname]. Just make sure the map is loaded, you load maps with /boot. The default templates are something like grass, rock, and maybe one other (with varying sizes).

Thanks. I didn't know about the /new command. Going to try it soon. Thanks again :biggrin.gif:
I've been having a problem wtih unloading maps. using /boot [name] to load them up is fine, but /shutdown {name} doesn't do anything.
The "world unloaded" message pops up, but when I check /worlds its still there and I can load it. It is also still in server.meta with the line "[name] = true". Deleting the line or setting it to falsee doesn't seem to do anything and just deleting the map throws an error.
@bidoof_king: The limit is the same for every server, that is, a map that is greater than 1024^3 or smaller than the MC size limit won't work. The reason for the upper limit is because of the level sending protocol; you can't send chunks larger than 1024.
Thats what I figured, I can't seem to get a few of my maps to convert over to the format that Mynecraft uses. Is there any thing I can do about this?
Copied from Andrew's server, the developing features are what I heard, and the currently designing featurs are suggested from admins in Andrew's servers.
Currently developing feature:
Balances
Currently designing feature:
World owner can boot/shutdown their own world
Known possible feature (most of them are useless though :3) :

I don't know why anyone would want to add social networking features into a server when there're so many other, useful, features that could be added in.
Your guys' map converter isn't working... Also how do I delete maps? Everytime I attempt it the server refuses to restart because its looking for the map I deleted, even though the server is shutdown while I'm deleting it.
My other question, is there Any way I can remove the sand physics? I don't care for them and they cause nothing but problems.

I'm sure you need to shutdown the world itself before deleting it. I tried the same and had to re-download everything. Also, I can only seem to shutdown most worlds if I load them, am in the world then use /shutdown worldname otherwise it just says it was shutdown and unloaded but still stays in the worlds list.
Eh, I don't think you can set a "guest" area but rather a "guest map"
Ok, just thought about it, because it was possible in MinerCpp. Can you please tell me how? =]

Anyone know what's happening?
Hmm, I think you can make guest maps by first making a map (of course) and typing /public and /unlock on it :biggrin.gif:

You have to install this with setuptools.
