I think somehow it is blocking my minecraft server no matter what port I set it to. I can't be sure, however, can someone tell me if they can connect to my server?
I don't think ISP's can block minecraft servers, only programs and/or routers usually do that. Though i believe ISP's can block anything when it comes to it.

ISPs can block ports if they wish. Usually port 80 is the only way round this. I don't know if it will interfere with other programs though.
It has to be my ISP, I have ruled out every other possibility (improper port forwarding, firewall, bad java) I have even tried using my laptop, no dice.
A linksys huh? I've used one of those, check your homepage. I don't advise using a program, they don't always work.
Usually our homepage for linksys routers are 192.168.1.1 , but from yours it may be different. You'll want to do it manually and use UDP and/or TCP. (I think TCP was the main, but try both.) Remember to use a correct guide, and to input the right internal ip.
Yep. 192.168.1.whatever then applications and gaming then port range forwarding I forwarded port 25565 internally and externally to 192.168.1.100 (my computer) then added port exceptions to my firewall. :/ I don't know what it could be. :sad.gif:

Turn off the firewall at all times, make sure the internal ip was correct. (Ipconfig.)
I know about ipconfig, I typed ipconfig /all into the console to get that (strangely I'm taking the cisco official networking course and I'm still having problems. Well, my subscription to my antivirus runs out in two days, so I guess I'll set it up again then and see what happens.
