For that you need custom server software.
People seem to get confused easily on what a script/server is.
But to just clarify most servers out there are customized, or from scratched, or modified. A script is an add-on that plugs into the original server which does not have the ability to have anti-grief (Not yet i believe.) Please look into talking to the server owners about this.

Thats MAILS Builder Command. Theres a command called /dense in JTE's that makes it so anyone with /adminbreak can destroy it, mail has implanted a /builder level.
