It should have a model number on your router, or the box it came in.

What do you mean Rotuer Information? If you need to find out your router ip, please make sure you know what router you have. It usually says right on top of the thing.

If you have a netgear router:

www.routerlogin.net - Will show the NetGear website otherwise.

Any other router can usually be accessed through:

http://192.168.0.1/

or

http://192.168.1.1/
