I dont know why it did this, it started after I deleted all the server files and downloaded the jar again but ever since I got this. I have turned off my antivirus and firewall but nothing worked, I have a 1.6.4 server and tekkit server and they have no problem starting but 1.7.9 wont start for some reason. I also cant start LAN worlds it gives me this error message (I would upload a screenshot but I have had to start over 3 times already from trying that lol)
commands.publish.failed
If you need a screenshot of anything and are willing to tell me how then I will.
Can somebody help me? I will be so thankful if this gets fixed
I'll give you what I have but it's been a very long time and I don't think anyone has fixed this problem! I also have a Pic to show the Commands.publish.failed.
I dont know what the code means but i can help you trouble shoot. I would first try creating a new server with that same .jar You dont need to delete the olde one just create a new folder. Create a new world and see if you get the same error. If it still doesnt work then there might be a problem with the .jar (I would recomend trying to download a new one) or you might need to update java.

Are You Using A Real Server Host Like Mcpro?
No, I just try pressing open to Lan and when I press start I get that Message in chat!
I am using the portable java, that it runs off when I first started Minecraft. But I think I need to Update the Reall Java!
