Hi Guys
I Recently Installed Java 7 Version 9 Offline Java x86 and Java 7 Version 9 64-bit to Run My Tekkit Server. If I Still Need the jre6 Folder From the Program Files That I Am Done For Because I Deleted it After Unistalling Java 6 and Installing Java 7. I Have Hamachi and My Friends are Connected to My Hamachi Network and they Have The Correct IP. When I Run the Server I Can Get on Fine But They Get and Error Message Saying "Cannot Reach Server". When they Fail to Log in Nothing Comes Up on the Command Thingo. The Correct IP is in the server.properties file. I Have Tried Reinstalling Hamachi But The Same Thing Happens.
It is Direct Tunnel on Hamachi too!
My Hamachi IP: 25.39.40.98
My Java: Java 7 Version 9
My Minecraft Server.exe Version: 1.4.5
My Minecraft Version: 1.4.5
64-Bit
Please PM Me If There is Anything I Should Add to the List
Please Help Me
Note: I'm Too Lazy to Do Port Forwarding and Risk Getting Hacked.Oh. Btw I Could Access It Before I Installed Java 7
I have all these settings enabled on my hamachi server and I have one of my friends who can't connect to the server, but everyone else can. Is there any other help?
This is a post about a user who thought that running a server through Hamachi was going to be a safer alternative, as his mother didn't want port forwarding enabled.
To sum up my long post there, you are at a very safe running a server that is being port forwarded, and port forwarding is a much safer solution when it comes to Minecraft.
As for the Hamachi problem: What are users typing in to try and login to your server?
i am having the same problem can someone help my friends cant join my server???
If you have own issues, then I'd suggest making your own thread. And be as detailed as possible.
I can't help you with what you gave me. Are you even running hamachi? How many routers are in your house? What operating system do you have? Can you even connect yourself?
We need this kind of information if you want us to help you... and you won't get much help if you tag onto the end of another post. I'd love to help you... but I need some more information before we can go anywhere.
You Need to Change Settings in the BAT File. If You Update Java 6 to Java 7 Then Just Simply Go to the BAT File Settings and Change it From Java 6 to Java 7
Not sure bud, only one friend of mine cant connect and nobody can connect. Thats the problem, last time nobody could connect but i just turned off my firewall.
I made a server from MCPC with my hamachi ip. My friend was able to connect for about the first 5 days until it was giving him the "Can't Reach Server" crap. Can anyone help me? Please!:steve_rage:
Try shutting off your firewall and connect while its off, turns out my firewall was blocking something but I dont know what I just found out like 3 seconds ago.
