When my friend tries to go on my server, he receives a connection timed out error. I checked to see if my port was open on http://www.canyouseeme.org/ and http://www.yougetsignal.com and it says my port is open. It only works for me when I go on my server but not my friend. I have also checked my firewall and I left my server-ip in server.properties blank. Please help! I'm a newbie at this

No but I can go on my server from the Multiplayer thing

No I am not using a different port to default and I'm sure he is typing in it right

He tried both ways, with and without the port and it still wouldn't work
