Hello! As you can tell by that little thing to the left of this post, I'm Obi.
I'll get straight to the point.
I host a server occasionally, private (mostly) and I keep a Tekkit server running for my friends.
Recently, I had to shut down the server, and I did some decluttering and organizing of my computer (NOTE: I DID move the server folder for Tekkit, but not my normal Bukkit folder...).
When I tried to restart it, it gave me an error saying it had a problem starting the Java Virtual Machine. I thought "Probably a fluke. I'll just reinstall Java and try again."
I did just that, but it gave me the same error.
When I try to start normal Bukkit, it will flash the console, then just close itself. From the brief glimpses I can get, it looks like the same error.
Okay. Here's where it gets REALLY weird (at least to me). When I try to start Minecraft, it starts normally, and goes to the main screen, but then will not actually render anything (stuck on the "logging in" screen for servers and stuck on the main screen for SSP. I downloaded a new .jar, and it fixed itself... huh.
I'm using the latest version of Java 7u7 (is that redundant?) and I'm on Windows 7.
-Athlon II X2 @ 3.21
-8GB of RAM (I dedicate 2GB to Bukkit, and default [I think 2] to Tekkit)
NOTE: I recently installed RocketDock and WindowsBlinds. Any known problems?
Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated. I will try to answer any questions you may have.
