So, it says that the "uninstall tool" only works for windows, so I chose "uninstalling java on Mac". After this it shows me a little menu, so clicked on "How do I uninstall Java from my Mac?" It tells me to open the terminal and put a code, but it doesn't work (I don't know a lot about this stuff) and that it requires a password. So I got back to the menu and chose "How do I update java on my Mac?", but I am already in the last version.

Do you have any ideas?
Or you know what did I do wrong?
Please help
Do you have administrator privileges on the computer you are using?
From an Apple employee:
If you wish to rid your machine of Java SE 6, the correct procedure is:
Remove the "system" JVM installed and maintained by Software Update
% sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk
Remove any Java Developer Previews
% sudo rm -rf /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0*.jdk
Do NOT remove any content in the JavaVM.framework. Those items are required by Java 7, 8, 9+ as well as Java SE 6. No modern version of OS X has a Java JDK inside there anyway.
I did what you told me on terminal but after I put: "% sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk" it says: no such job
Like I said before, I don't have any knowledge on the Terminal. So how can I check the older versions of Java I have on my Mac, and then how can I delete them?
Thanks for the help, but I really don't understand about the remove stuff you said.
Or if you can explain it a little bit more, if that doesn't bother you.

Assuming you are playing Pixelmon via the vanilla Minecraft Launcher (with Forge):
Edit your profile, and at the bottom where it says "Java Settings (Advanced)", Select the Java 8 executable.

Locate the directory where you installed Java 8 and copy and paste it into the text field.
