About two months ago, I signed up for a new account on MCPE due to recurring drama on my other account, which I will keep anonymous. I wanted a fresh start and a better username.
The account was alright for a while but a couple of days after the creation of it, I found myself wanting to take a break from all digital devices. My ‘break’ lasted for about three days until curiosity got the best of me. When I returned, one of the first things I checked was my minecraft account. I was a bit shocked that my account seemed to have been logged off, but I just assumed it was nothing and continued to log back in. But then, of course, I got the “Your account has been locked” message. I tried following the steps but the thing is- it seemed that the only way you could unlock your account again is by getting a text on your phone. My phone has been missing for three months. If you want me to be perfectly honest I barely even used it anyways, even while it was within my sights. Any phone is fine with me even if it’s “old-school”. I use Discord as a substitute for most text messages so there’s really not much reason for me to use a phone often.
Anyways. I proceeded to sign up for a new account yet again, visibly frustrated because I had lost a pretty good username. Fast-forward a few days later and the same thing happens with my other, even more newly-made account. Yep, both accounts are locked, they both had decent usernames and I can’t seem to get them back all because I lost my phone.
Now, to the point: Is there any way at all that you can unlock any previously-locked accounts via email rather than text? If so, I’ll be very grateful in the hopes of getting my accounts back.
Again I repeat. I know where the website is, but it leads me to a site that doesn’t give me any answers. Yes they have answers to other problems, but not my specific problem.

Contact xbox support.
I do not know how to do so, unfortunately.
Google? It's literally support.xbox.com.
I do know what the website is but I should have elaborated, sorry:
I do not know where to ask about account issues.
