Hello, My son want to chat with his friends on minecraft, but whenever he uses chat the keyboard won’t go away.

we have a few devices in the house ,

the Nvidia shield tv is fine

but xiaomi mibox running android 8 and android projector running android 7 are having this problem.

any help would be greatly appreciated
