Here's my problem. Trying to transfer my saved world from Xbox 360 to Xbox one S. One world in particular transferred over just fine. But the main world that I regularly play I have tried to transfer over. It uploads from the 360 seemingly just fine, however; when I try to load it onto the Xbox one, It goes through the downloading file data prompt OK, then when it goes to the converting data for Xbox one, it stops just short and kicks me back to the main menu . Please help
Try saving your game in the nether then try to upload then try in the end and so on keep trying different saves in different places it worked for me
I have also tried everything mentioned. Nothing seems to work. The save on my 360 seems to work fine. On the xbox one the data retrieval seems to work fine, It goes through the first two bars for data conversion quickly, the third bar goes quickly right up to the last tiny bit, comes to a halt then suddenly kicks me clear back to the dashboard. I reload minecraft and go to load a game, hoping my map made it but so far its a no go...
Problem solved! Open your world on the 360 and reset The End and The Nether. Then save, exit, and re-upload. It worked perfectly after that. Wish I'd tried sooner!
So I'm not sure if anyone is still reading this thread but my solution to the problem was that I changed the texturepack back to the classic minecraft and entered the game and went and stood in a new spot and saved/exited. Uploaded it from the 360 and got it to complete the transfer to the xb1
I just want my save back!! I tried everything! Can anyone help me, I think there's a problem with the consoles/my profile/minecraft. I need help
