What's XDK? August would mean in the next 10 days. I'm not holding my breath on that.

If it works anything like windows preview there is a pre-beta for devs (more buggy) then a more stable beta for consumers. Tbh I thought it was a server sided issue as I changed my Dns to google's own and I have had no problems since.
I believe it to be some kind of network/server issue but they are hush about anything. Your the first I've seen that said using Googles DNS fixed the issue so I just gave that a shot but nope after about an hour of syncing it got to about 70% and did the same thing just exists to the menu.
The last update was 12/11 you might have to update the console manualy. Have you or someone else removed you from the preview programme that could explain the lack of updates.
What? August was the latest update for Preview Program Members which I think was around the 11th. 12/11 (December 11? or November 12) is really old I think your the one that needs the update not me.
Is it still showing error 0 or is it now showing Error 8083201d?

I just ran into this Error 8083201d over the weekend.
100s of hours for multiple people in my world.
should I even bother contacting support? is anyone having any luck?
Any additional information you can provide to the support team would be helpful.

it happened to me after i got a power outage while playing. tried to get back in and got the sync error. took like an hour to get to 99%, then another long time before it actually threw the error. i tried deleting local saves, but that didn't help... retried sync a few time, no dice.
HOWEVER...
someone in one of these threads mentioned trying to sync over mobile hotspot... so i just gave that a shot and the sync flew through successfully! took only a few minutes. so, confirmed workaround - i am now back into my world.
my xbox is normally wired to an ATT uverse 50Mb connection - i switched back to that and the save loaded up fine.
Can anyone give me the numbers or placesi need to go to get a case opened or something? This has been happening to me after i got a new xbox one. I'v tried just about everything and then found this forum for it, thought i might as well give it a shot
fwiw, mine stopped working again, tried it just once when my kids wanted to play. I've since moved on to PC, but I thought i'd post, that even with the newer updates it still breaks/doesn't sync. this is a game breaker. too bad.

I am part of the preview program so if that's the same preview program your referring to then there is a chance we will see it this week then.

Yes my Xbox says it was last updated on Sept 7th as well and I still have the issues.
Tried to reopen my case with Microsoft they claim they have no record of it now. So ridiculous!

Mine doesn't show errors always just exits back to the menu.
That's the old video but it still does the same thing after the recent update.
Finally got Microsoft to reopen my case but that was a couple of days ago and I've heard nothing from them about it.

Nope I've had no luck even after them re-opening the case they do not respond and when I call they claim I never had a case.
