Quite the opposite - we are actively in touch with each user having this issue.
You yourself have had a lot of contact with Xbox Support outreaching.
This isn't going to be a simple issue to track down.

Forwarding ports only works if you have 1 xbox. uPNP is used for forwarding ports automatically so turning it off is not a good idea. The only way for multiple xbox's to work (360 and One) is to use uPNP.
While I think this is a network issue I don't believe it to be on our side it's more likely on Microsoft side.
They claimed Friday they had fixed mine but it's still not working.
I am having the same problem on Xbox One. I created this world on Xbox One in March and as of Tuesday July 21 my world fails to sync.
It gets to the high 90's before saying "We were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now"
"Try syncing again or use this game or app offline. (0)"
Any suggestions at all please?
If possible try to connect to a tethered connection using cell phone data.
You'll have to ask your cell phone provider since everyone's different. I've been waiting almost 2 months now for Microsoft to do something about this issue. At this point I do not think it will ever be resolved.

1 email a week if I'm lucky that tells you nothing is being done because they have no clue so don't give any ****. 2 months to fix a problem more than 1 person is having. I've been a software developer for 20+ years and I can tell you after a week if I didn't have a customer issue resolved I would be fired.
Stop giving people false hope that they are actually doing something about this because they are not. Sending me emails that have no content about what's going on are pointless. The questions I get asked by Microsoft staff are idiotic.
The Backend team have been looking into this issue since we brought it to there attention - I'm in touch with them constantly for status updates.
Clearly it's not a simple issue that can be quickly hotfixed.
When WE have more information in regards to a fix we will share it.

I'm having this issue right now after deleting my account(because of another bug) and now it can't sync data and by no means I am going to lose my world I put sooooo many hours there >( I'm sad and furious at you Microsoft
Hello everyone for the past month I have dealt with the same issues as most of you guys. What happened for me is I had to remove my Xbox account from the sign in page and re-add it due to other reasons, however when I went onto Minecraft it said I had to sync my data. I synced my data,but like everyone else it kept failing and I tried numerous of times. I have lost my worlds. This happened around the beginning of this month. After this had happened I made a new world and have been playing on that, but I would like my other world back. Also another problem I have been having is, when I go onto Minecraft and click on "play game" the syncing takes a while to load my world which I have remaining and sometimes also comes up with the message unable to get your last saved game try again or use offline. It has totally gotten rid of my other worlds which were unable to sync and my worlds I made after the incident still remain. Any ideas on how to fix this? Please 4j come up with a solution to fix this, as this has been happening to a lot of players so far.
Solutions I have done:
-Reinstall Minecraft
-Remove my account and re-add it
- Unplug Xbox
-Tried several times.

They can't tell you the issue because they don't know. Based on everything I've seen the issue has been around a very very long time before I even reported it. I've not heard from the support person I was talking to since last week and the last response was basically they have no idea what the problem was or if it will be fixed anytime soon.
As stated by others the only work around is to make your phone a hotspot and connect your xbox to it to sync your games, once you have done that you can go back to using your regular internet connection for your xbox.
What is the issue then? Why is it not working what is happening on my end for it not to work?

The latest information I've received from support is that my case is considered closed/resloved even though they have not fixed the issue only because they have marked the issue to be in the next xbox update but again the issue is not fixed on their side they just expect to fix it before the next release and they don't know when they release is but said after that happens if it still doesn't work I would need to re-open my case with them.
So basically sorry your SOL on playing any of the saved games.
So its been 4 months since this topic has been created and the problem doesnt seem to have a solution.
It would appear they have put a potential fix into the next System Update (August XDK).
I'm waiting on this rolling out to the Preview on both my kits to test it.

started to have the error zero (0) after 100% after the last title update. Only one save on my machine and it is a Xbox One created world and save.
The only world I have created on the XB1, and the only world I intended to ever create. Now I can't play it..... Sucks!

What's XDK? August would mean in the next 10 days. I'm not holding my breath on that.
I was finally able to get back on my world after several attempts of syncing with the new error code. I forgot how to play it's been so long...
