I am hoping someone may understand what I am talking about today and possibly be able to help me out.
I'm Having some Horrible graphical issue at the minute that is exceptionally hard to catch in a screenshot. Basically when I stand still everything looks
fine however, when I move I get some horrible looking texture glitch on blocks. More easily seen on trees and bricks and such but it looks like the details on the blocks move, or change colour to a red/green blur. Now when I say horrible, I mean it is making it hard to play.
I'm Using vanilla from a brand new download and have the issue on 1.16.5 and 1.17 that I have tried so far.
I have 4gb of ram assigned. I have tried optifine as well and it makes no difference.
Running on Ryzen 3800x / 32GB Ram / GTX1080Ti.
I am using a cheaper Acer freesync 75hz monitor so picture quality is nothing special but I do not have any issues like this on any other game.
Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!
How would I go about posting a video on here as that's about the only way I could show it. I've tried and tried to catch it on a screenshot but it just does not seem to pick it up.
The link to the video is as follows, Youtube really hasn't helped though as the video is extremely poor quality compared to the original recording. Hopefully you'll be able to see what I'm talking about.
I am not sure if it is Minecraft related but I'm hoping someone may be able to tell.
The other odd thing is my framerate is set to unlimited and I get stuck around 200fps tops and more often down around 100-120. Now obviously that's more than my monitor can display anyway but my fiancée has a lesser spec PC and using the exact same settings on the same server in the same areas gets 500+ fps.
Having now watched this video back on other displays I am actually of the opinion that it is just my crappy monitor. However, if anyone else can see what I mean it'd be interesting to know...

Post screenshots or a video.

Thanks.
Just upload it on YouTube and give us the link.

I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks again.

Thanks anyway for your help.
