My modded minecraft after like a minute or so after starting will lag every few seconds, then will catch up if i dont pause the game, so if im in combat, it will basically stack that damage i wouldve taken if it didnt freeze, and itll get worse the more spawned of course. i have basically the lowest graphic settings i can have, the lowest chunk distance i can, and it still lags badly. Also are there any discord servers i can get help from? Forge is pretty useless cause they basically banned older versions from being mentioned.
Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!

Maybe it is one of your mods or your system
Ingame press F3 and add a screenshot of it
You can also test some pre-configured modpacks:
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks
You can check for a simple one and add some mods you will need
nah it happens in vanilla too
You can test it with the latest Nvidia drivers
you mean the physical ones or is there something i can download?
Download NIVIDA drivers here:
Auto-detector: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us
Manuel: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
then what do i do with it? because have no idea
Download and install the driver.

Test Minecraft!
its still laggy

You can test it with a newer java version:
https://www.java.com/en/download
After this installation, go to your Minecraft profile and change the Java Path to the new installation (navigate to javaw.exe)
