I want to make every one aware on this forum that if you have any issues requiring support, NO ONE will answer your email.
All of a sudden my account stopped working, so I pressed "Password reset. There should be an email coming, but there was no email. So this is the 1st thing that is not working. And yes, I checked spam and all other folders. NOTHING!!!!
I sent already 2 emails to support, with all required info, even the purchasing information. No answer, already 6 days have passed.
If you purchase a product and it is not working and you don't get it repaired or exchanged, you can call such a Vendor a CHEATER, or THIEF.
With all responsibility, MOJANG are CHEATERS and THIEVES !!!!
This forum is not linked to Mojang or Microsoft, if you are having issues with their support methods take it up with them, ranting here will get no where.
Its also mentioned many many times on this forum that Mojang support are well backlogged and it can take a month or more for them to get to email requests, sending multiple emails will just add to that backlog for others
