So I got on one day and found that a part of my community farm went back to how it was before (before i dug it up) I'm not sure what I did when all I did was play if anyone can help me out that would amazing. I'm on the Mac btw. And contact me on Twitter: MoralHoody if you got the solution (and I got more photos to show as well) thank you!
The game has known issues with chunk corruption, mainly chunks moving around, even in the absence of crashes or improper shutdown, so you may be able to find the "regenerated" chunk somewhere else in the world:
If you don't have a backup you can try right-clicking on the folder for the world and select "restore previous versions" (on Windows, I don't know if Macs have a similar feature or other automated backup) and there may be a backup from before the issue occurred; otherwise, always treat any important data as if it could be corrupted/lost at any time (i.e. make regular, multiple backups, ideally to a completely different location, not just to the same drive or device).

World prob didn't save correctly, and you lost chunks. The world just regenerates then. Did your computer or server freeze or loose power?

Make regular world backups for such cases.
No, none of that happened, I just got off one day and got on the next and seen this.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
For some reason my spawn area seems to do this, an its like the only area. I guess prob cuz Spawn is always loaded unlike other areas.
Spent like an hour the other day fixing bad chunks lolz
