Some days ago, I noticed that grass blocks have weird black outlines and that my FPS dropped significantly. Here's how they look like:
This does definitely not look normal and is very annoying. Doesn't matter if with Optifine or without.
I have also noticed that shaders look very strange, especially the lightning, for example from torches:
(Sildurs shaders)
Optifine, as well as the shaders, are running at the newest available version. My GPU is the GTX 1060, have tried it on two different drivers, same result (the newest available driver is installed atm)!
No, smooth lightning is set to 100%. I didn't change any video settings, this just happened, and as I said, my FPS dropped quite a lot since this happened. I'm getting only 30 FPS avg. on shaders, was about 80 before
So I've played around with the graphics settings a bit and turned the slider down to 0% and back to 100%, that seems to have fixed my issue, for some reason. Lightning looks good, no weird black spots on blocks anymore, ...
Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!
Allocate less memory to Minecraft, use -Xmx4G in your JVM arguments.

Ok, update: black spots, like posted at the start, are back
This time, I really have no clue.
Try disabling mip-mapping.
If I disable it, it fixes the issue, but I also lose around 120 fps
Allocate less memory to Minecraft, use -Xmx4G in your JVM arguments.
Doesn't change anything
Maybe it is an issue with Nvidia - you can test different settings on java
Go to the Nvidia Control Center - 3D settings - program settings
and test different options on antialiasing, texture filtering and so on
Post a screenshot with F3 enabled and your JVM arguments.
Sorry for the late answer. Anyway:
This might be it since I think I have seen weird black textures in other games too
