So recently I was about to finish my skeleton spawner farm, so i saved and quit. When i came back to my world, it was fine for a little bit, but after 20 seconds, it was like it has a huge lag spike. What i mean by this is that everything is frozen, except for being able to break blocks. I know its because of the save because all my other worlds work perfectly fine. I've tried to delete my minecraft appdata and reinstall the launcher, but that didnt work. I've tried to run my world on a different pc and the issue still happens. The only thing that i changed is that I used a different texture pack here, but I'm not sure if thats why. My world is on 1.16.3, and ill put a download link to my world here. Also the backups in the folder are pretty old versions of my world, and I don't want to go back that far.
Here is the log, and when i try to save quit, it gets stuck on that screen, so i have to alt + f4 to exit the game. Note that it takes 20 seconds for the world to start acting weird. Btw i am allocating 4 gb of ram to minecraft out of 12 gb of ram on my pc.
I've also downloaded your map and resource pack and used it without any problems. Have you ran a malware scan using something like ADWCleaner on your PC recently? Perhaps a piece of malware is slowing down your PC or causing the game to behave oddly.
Try another ADWCleaner scan because you may got malware again.

McAfee is a terrible antivirus that hogs system resources and doesn't detect a lot of malicious files. It can also cause login issues as ConorGarland mentioned. That's why we recommend free malware removers such as ADWCleaner, as they usually detect more viruses than McAfee and Norton for free.

The map works fine for me - also with that resource pack
Start the game again with that map and wait for this issue - after few seconds close the game ann go to %appdata%/.minecraft/logs/
and add the latest.log

Does it work with another 1.16 version?
Sorry, that didn't help
Maybe contact a mojang staff member?

I've also downloaded your map and resource pack and used it without any problems. Have you ran a malware scan using something like ADWCleaner on your PC recently? Perhaps a piece of malware is slowing down your PC or causing the game to behave oddly.

...Huh, well that actually worked. Thanks!
Nevermind, the issue still happens for some reason
Try another ADWCleaner scan because you may got malware again.
It can't be because i have malware, because i have McAfee on my pc. I Shouldn't have a virus.
Maybe McAfee is not able to detect some kind of malware - does something change if you run AdwCleaner again?
Maybe the problem is related to another issue (pc drivers/updates)
McAfee is known to cause login and multiplayer connectivity problems and probably something else.
Fully uninstall McAfee products, download and run the MCPR Tool found under Step 2 here:

If you have a windows, just use the built in antivirus
