Hello, I am encountering an issue when I try to host my world to LAN. (this is on java)
I own a windows PC and my sibling uses a mac, when they host a world to LAN on the mac, I can join without issue, but when I host a world, they cannot join, this error shows up: "io.netty.channel.ConnectionTimeoutException: the connection has timed out" I did some research and tried multiple methods, most common one was to disable the firewall/allow java to bypass the firewall, but the firewall on the mac is already off, I double-checked to see if the IP address was incorrect, it was fine. I even reset our router, but that didn't do anything. So now I'm completely stumped on what to do, I have barely used a mac before so I don't know if there's something I need to do on there or not. Any help would be appreciated, as we wouldn't want to be forced to have only one person the ability to host a world.
