Are you saying that when you open a world, none of the mods are loaded or present
Did you try installing JEI to ensure the craftable recipes are available? The mods that you have do not generate any world resources, except maybe Orespawn (I've never used it).

2. Did you set the Profile to use Forge?
3. Are the mod files in the mods folder?

1. i used twitch to load the mods so it comes with forge for 17.10
2. i used the correct profile
3. they are in my mods folder
