On one specific computer, I cannot log into minecraft.net, despite putting in the right credentials. In the launcher, it will constantly say that credentials are invalid, while on minecraft.net, nothing happens. Looking into the console reveals a few errors: "401 (Unauthorized)", "ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID", and "429 (Too Many Requests)". The same thing happens for all accounts that I try to login to, not just this specific one. I have tried resetting the password, to no avail. Logging in on any other device will succeed without any problems. I'm really not sure what could be happening here.

Remember those versions that minecraft pranked us with? Specifically:
Minecraft 2.0
Minecraft 1.VR-Pre1
Snapshot 15w14a
Minecraft 3D
Those are still downloadable! Watch this video for 2.0:
To download the other ones you need to make a folder in the versions folder for minecraft and put the client and JSON file for the versions in there. They all need to be named the same aside from file extensions. Once you do that, you will be able to choose that version when making a new profile with the minecraft launcher.

The usage of MCLeaks or AltDispenser tools (which are illegal) prevents you from being able to login to minecraft.net. To correct this, uninstall the tool from your computer, and remove all entries containing "mojang" in your system's Host file. Once you do so, restart your computer and see if you are able to log in. If you aren't aware, MCLeaks and AltDispenser run on stolen Minecraft accounts. After uninstalling them, you must change your password to avoid having your account compromised and stolen as well.
To edit your Host file, do the following: Go to the Start Menu and locate Notepad. Right-click Notepad and select Run as Administrator. Press File, then Open. Enter %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts as the "File name" and press "Open."
After fixing your Host file, do not use MCLeaks again.

I’ve had this happen to me
I fixed it by shutting my VPN off then signing in

I did not see any version of MCLeaks or AltDispenser installed, and I do not use a VPN, but changing the host file did resolve my problem. Thank you.
