Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!
there is no problem I am just asking And I didnt find another place to ask this how much should I allocate I have 24gbs
You only need to allocate as much as the game needs, which can be seen in the debug screen (F3); for example:
As long as used memory never reaches the maximum that can be allocated there will be no difference; if anything, allocating more memory degrades performance as noted here (with 512 MB they got 144 FPS but with 4 GB they got 123 FPS with values in between giving intermediate frame rates, and used memory was similar in all cases; the degradation is because the garbage collector has to manage more memory. Of course, 512 MB probably isn't even enough to start the latest versions but the same principle still applies).
I have 8gigs right now but the 16gb is arrived its gonna be with me in 1-3 hours I will have 24gb total
2 gigs is enough for vanilla. More RAM does not mean more FPS, it's a myth.
I am planning to play Heavy modpacks btw my pc specs are 8gb (currently) 24gb is with me in 1-2 hours gpu: msi 970 gaming edition 4gb cpu: i5 4590
1tb hardrive idk the specs of the hardrive dvd/cd drive gigabyte motherboard i dont remember the model 650w psu I think
Try -Xmx4G in your JVM arguments.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
