I've been trying to play Minecraft lately but it just hasn't even been remotely enjoyable because of terrible lag spikes I've been getting when crossing over chunk boundries. I know for a fact that this is the issue because I've opened the F3 while menu with F3+G on as well and the blue and purple bars (which are both related to chunk loading/processing) sky rocket when crossing into new chunks. At this point I've tried tirelessly for the past few days to resolve the issue and at this point I'm just close to just not playing MC at all.
The odd thing is, it really doesn't matter what I have my render distance on because even at 2 I still get the spikes... Right now the issue is not even remotely related to how *much* fps I get because I can hit a solid 90fps while staying in one chunk boundry, but as soon as I cross it that's when I get the dips.
For my computer I have:
GPU - AMD FX 580 8GB
CPU - FX 4300 (I know it's bad but I can't help it)
RAM - DDR3 1600mhz
Windows 10
Here are all the solutions I've tried that did nothing:
- Allowcating more ram (2, 4, 6, doesn't really matter because they all do nothing)

- Putting priority on high in task manager
- Downloading mods like better FPS/foamfix
- Closing background apps
- Changing in-game settings
- Defragging Disk
Screenshots should be attached to post.
Turn off mipmapping and biome blend.
Just tried this, it didn't do anything
