Ahhhh, I confused about the Forum... Sorry. I play Java Edition but, made this thread on Bedrock Edition Forum mistakenly.
If I have to move this thread to Java Edition Forum?
In any case, I use 1.15.1
Do you mean the program that removes adwares and finds malignant codes?
Then, after 'scan,' what should I tell you? Log files?
I'm confusing that there is any relation between adwcleaner and this problem.
Anyway, thanks for helping me to solve the problem.
Thank you so much!
I found what the problem is... nevertheless this seems unsolvable. TT
The point was my laptop's built-in graphics card and intel driver.
Intel stopped the support to mine in 2015. Also, sadly, I can't use any different intel driver, because 'Intel® HD Graphics 5500' is the only thing that fit my built-in graphic card.
If there is no more method to solve, let me know.
Then I'll close this thread. (btw how can I close this thread?)
I think I can't play the latest versions until I buy a new laptop.
If I try to create or load any worlds, then the under-screen continues endlessly.
I searched for anything relating to this situation to solve the problem, but I had no information about it.
Please help... TT
Which MC version number exactly?

I think this support is the last way that I can try.
Did you run a scan like I told you to?
Yes, I did. But that just scanned my laptop's adwares and viruses. And the result said that my laptop is clean.
Ok. Post a dxdiag log https://minecrafthopper.net/help/pixel-format-not-accelerated/support/
You mean this link? Or all log of it?
Anyway, I posted the link to the log.
