Firstly, please excuse the large bold letters. I'm blind, so that's the best way for me to read the text.
Now, to the problem:
I had a map on my Realms, where I was building a city. My subscription ended and nobody was playing on the world, so I decided to just import (backup) the Realms world onto my Singleplayer list of worlds.
But then, something happened. Now that the world was on the Singleplayer, though it was, the world still thought I was on a server map, and to add to that, the map though I was a regular player instead of an Op, like on the actual Realms.
What I mean is that now, if I want to play on this world, I have limited commands (only like /msg, /help, /tp, that kind of stuff)
I want to build a map, so that means using more commands, like /give or /gamerule.
Is there a way to change permissions or something on a singleplayer map that thinks I'm a regular player?
(Sidenote: I also want to use WorldEdit on my Forge, but it wouldn't work, and I think it is for that reason. The permissions problem or something)
I don't want it to be a server map. I want it to just be a normal singleplayer I can work on. Whenever I try to use a command that isn't in the small list of available ones, it says it's an unknown command. I tried the /give and /gamerule and that happened.
But the problem is that the map thinks it's not a singleplayer and is not allowing me to access all commands. I tried running the map on different Minecraft versions. Forge, Minecraft 1.14.4, Optifine, the latest 1.15.1, and none of them seem to help. The world still thinks it's on a server.
Hello, I need your help.

I'd appreciate the help a lot!
Thanks.

Open the game to LAN and enable cheats.
Hi. Tried this, didn't really work, sadly
(Sidenote: I also want to use WorldEdit on my Forge, but it wouldn't work, and I think it is for that reason. The permissions problem or something)

You didn't mention you used mods at all. Post the entire mods list.
WorldEdit (1.14.4) is the only mod I use.
Hm. I keep trying to do things but nothing seems to help.
