Yeah looks like that mod was only ever made for 1.12 so unless the mod author can be convinced to make a 1.7.10 version, there's not much to be done.
Though I think you should look into why 1.12 lags on you, it shouldn't be all that much different from 1.7.10. How much memory are you giving the game when running mods? What other mods are you running? What exactly do you mean by lags? Is the FPS low or does the game itself run slow while FPS is fine?
yeah, I have a pretty good gaming computer and allocated 8GB of Ram to 1.12.2. I have 82 mods in 1.7.10 and no lag whatsoever.
In 1.12.2, things just keep going wrong with my mods too: I have followers in custom npc, and they don't follow as well, I go and explore and the area stutters and lags...
Hmmm, I'm wondering if I should just create my own, but I have no clue where to begin, how to code or what programs to use
How wrong you are. RAM usage in 1.8 and newer is much higher than it was in 1.7.10, and that alone can cause serious lag issues in older computers.
Ah, good to know, but the OP is giving 8GB which should be plenty for most moderate sized mod packs. Must be something else causing the issue. Not sure if lag goggles would help figure it out or not.

naw I already tried all the tips and tricks to reduce lag and it's something that has changed minecraft I think: I tried changing the prefix of my profile (how much data to assign, codes to change data dump etc...) , experimented with video settings, setting java data as high priority... nothing
This was my usual argument I use: -Xmx8G -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M
Oh and my graphic's card is GeForce GTX 1060.
I tried using the whole "Manage 3d Settings" and added Javax to the programs, but still too much lag
I am just in real need of this mod for my 1.7.10 version as 1.12.2 lags so much I can't play at all.
I just love all those flowers and have already looked at all the flower and plant mods for 1.7.10 but none are as extensive and beautiful as this one!
There's not.

If the mod is open-source you could try building a private 1.7.10 backport, but you'll need to know how to mod 1.7.10 and 1.12.2 to do that.

Weird, what are your computer's specs? CPU, GPU, RAM, etc? What Java arguments are you using to run the mod pack?
