I recently downloaded Minecraft on my laptop and ever since the start i've got this issue where my fps constantly drops to 1 for 2-3 minutes.
My settings are very low because i thought this would fix it, i've also downloaded optifine and tried multiple possible solutions that i could find online, yet nothing has helped so far.
My internet definitely isn't the issue and my laptop should be able to run minecraft with ease (Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700u). I put 8 GB of my 16 GB RAM on Minecraft, i also allocated more Ram on Java too to see if this'd fix it.
I've also made sure nothing else runs in the background but at this point i don't know what else to try.
