Hi,

New to the forum and could use some help please, we've had a server setup with 1.13.1 for many months now and the game play has been smooth and great, recently updated to 1.14.4 and now we're getting these odd really bad lag spikes in the the lagometer, see below bottom left orange spike.

I went underground, did some digging and for the snapshot below I am not even moving, just staring at the wall, then every 1 to 3 second a huge lag spike (see orange spike on graph) comes along. I've turned off all animations, reduced all video settings, as you can see my FPS is 203. I've also double the RAM allocation from 1024 to 2048 which had not affect.

At this point it's unplayable.

I think my system and graphics card are fine as v1.13.1 played very smooth with high frame rate, for v.1.14.4, I've turned down all the graphic settings, allocated more memory and it's waaay worse.

I'm not positive but it seems to me there is something fundamentally wrong here or I'm missing some really obvious setting, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, for my FPS, it says 203/2, what does the 203 and 2 mean?

hmm, that seems odd, it's actually my room mates machine so I'll see what stuff he has installed and run malware-bytes and windows defender to seewhat they find... strange that it would only affect 14.4 and not 13.1...
