it takes 2 or 3 attempts to get it to open completely but I can open I just need help optimizing the entire thing because I want to make it a mod pack I can share with my friends

first of all, there was no need to double-post.
secondly, optifine is there to improve performance, so I doubt there's going to be any issues there
third, it doesn't matter why you have onedrive, the fact is that Minecraft uses too much file IO to be used in any form of cloud drive
and fourth, if you are only running 32-bit windows you should probably use less mods as your maximum MC RAM is only 1.5GB anyway
so I uploaded about 81 mods to MultiMC and I keep getting this error for Registration Texture how do I fix this.

You've got too many block and item textures, remove some mods or try adding optifine

wait isnt optifine going to be a problem with my computer being as low spec as it is
