The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_ATTACHMENT
I have updated my GeForce drivers but its still not working, it works if i run it off my processor but i have a 2060 super so why would i want that. This means (i think) that it has somthing to do with my drivers or somthing of the sort, how can i fix this?

Minecraft is not using your nvidia card, and the Intel isn't configured correctly. Either update both your intel graphics drivers and/or Java version, or configure your system to use the nvidia card.
Based on the log you have a windows system, so it's better to use the nvidia utility (nVidia Control panel?) to force the card selection for the current version of Java you're using and see if it works.
for some reason when i try to open the nvidia control pannel it pops up with "you are not currently using display attached to an nvidia gpu" even though it is a genuine nvidia part...

So you probably have a problem far more severe that Minecraft non starting...
Try deleting "options.txt" in the .minecraft folder and try again.
