So I have been playing Minecraft since Beta and purchased soon as it was available to do so. I have recently logged in and said that I can Play Demo. I logged in to the website and the site states I must verify my account. I have tried to do so and a code is never sent. This has been done multiple times and I have made certain it is the correct email address.
It also says I do not have the game. Needless to say I am frustrated and confused. I have emailed Support now once a week for three weeks and have received no assistance. Any ideas?
Try to migrate your account? If you cant, get support on that specifically. Sounds like something wrong with getting emailed so could be that the settings were changed?
