I have a problem with my Minecraft on my new MacBook Pro 2019 with the 1,4 GHz Intel Core i5 processor. Almost every time I play Minecraft (no matter if I have optifine enabled; enough internal memory) I get a fps drop every few seconds and sometimes after a minute or 2,,. If I set the consistent frame rate to 90 for example itholds exactly 90 but then it drops down sometimes to even 15 or 20 fps and gets back to 90 after a few seconds. Does anyone know how to solve this problem. I tried a lot of different video settings but it hasn't changed anything.

Have you tried to decrease mods? Change autosave time? allocated more ram?
tried it with and without mods. Changed autosave and as I already said it has nothing to do with ram
