I recently made the (now extremely regretful) decision of uninstalling Java. The reason for doing this is because I wanted to reinstall the x64 version of Java in order to increase the amount of RAM I could allocate for servers. In doing so, I have seemingly ruined my entire Minecraft/Java experience. I uninstalled Java and immediately after attempted to reinstall Java. From what I've seen, most people have been prompted with a very specific screen when attempting to fresh install Java for the first time:
However, I am greeted with a different screen instead:
My computer is treating the install file as though there is already Java install on the computer, when I already went through the process of uninstalling it and deleting anything that remained of Java most importantly.
I then proceeded to select the "Remove" button, hoping that maybe it would register some remnant of Java still installed on my computer, only to be greeted with this message:
Now, this wouldn't necessarily be as big of a deal, seeing as Java Edition no longer requires a system-wide installation of Java. However, this has seemingly affected my ability to play Java Edition. I can no longer launch my NORMAL version of Java Edition. I have a running theory that this might be due to having deleted something crucial in the process of removing anything Java-related in hopes of finally being able to reinstall Java.
When attempting to launch vanilla Minecraft through launcher, I am greeted with this message:
Now this becomes a more severe issue. HOWEVER, it gets even more interesting.
Because my vanilla Minecraft won't launch through the base launcher, I was concerned that a modpack I'd been playing earlier in the day would no longer be able to launch either (through the Twitch launcher).
So in a panic, I opened the Twitch app and launched Minecraft through there with the applied modpack, greeted with this:
NOW IT WORKS PERFECTLY FINE?!
This has been a very arduous task in researching.
With regards to the Java installation; I will proceed to delete all associated Java folders (only pertaining to Java, not including Minecraft) and download the Java installer off the Oracle website. I will then go on to attempt to reinstall Java, but will always receive the same exact error code: Error Code 1603. This can be seen in the provided image:
But wait! I know what you're going to say! "Why don't you Google the error code then?"
I've done that. Countless times. And read Oracle's instructions. Countless Times. And nothing works.
This all stems from the issue of not being able to allocate more RAM just for a modded server. I can't possible begin to understand what went wrong? My computer and all my .jar files and base Minecraft was perfectly fine. And then I uninstalled Java, just to try and reinstall it for a x64-bit system and everything refuses to work now.
Please. I'm begging anyone. If anybody could help me, I would forever be indebted. I just want to be able to run my .jar files again and just be able to launch vanilla Minecraft. Thanks for taking the time to read if you did.

Post the launcher log.
Nothing posts on launch:
I meant the launcher log from the minecraft folder.
Do you know the file path to get to the log and the file name?
Should be this by default:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
"USERNAME" is your username.
