Hi, I've been encountering many issues with my shaders. Before, I believed that it was just one specific shader that was having issues, but i found out that it was any sort of shader, Sildur, chocapic, KUDA, etc. In the attached screenshots, you can see how items are fluorescent and/or transparent, including my own character and dropped items. This even applies to the dynamic trees animation that plays once it spawns in after i break a tree. Also, once i load into a world, the mobs are fine, but once a mob takes any sort of damage, all mobs in the entire world turn red as if they were constantly taking damage.
All these issues only happen with shaders. If i set my shaderpack to (internal) which i think is the optifine one but i am not sure, everything is okay. I am using optifine 1.12.2 HD U E3. My grpahics card driver is version 436.02.
I've seen other people post about issues similar to this in the past, but they had AMD graphics cards which seemed to be the source of the problem. But, I have an Nvidia graphics card.
I'd appreciate any help.
Here are my specs:
OS:
Windows 10
CPU:
AMD Ryzen 3600x
Motherboard:
ASUS ROG Strix x570e
Memory:
Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x8)
Graphics Card:
EVGA NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super
Monitor:
ASUS VG248QE
Screen Resolution:
1920 x 1080
Hard Drives:
Samsung 860 EVO (1 TB)
Samsung 860 EVO (250 G)
PSU:
Corsair RM850x
Cooling:
Corsair H100i
There are over 100k lines in the log by the time i get the world loaded, I cannot copy all of it into a pastebin, it only puts a little bit, even if i ctrl+a it.
Is there anything else I can do? I really want to fix this, all the shaders I have are doing this and its so annoying.

1. check your game log for shader compile errors
2. post the contents of the F3(debug) screen

here is the output log contents.

here is a screencap of the f3 screen
applying a filter to the log is the worst possible thing you could have done. You made it useless.
