Did you read or look at the crash report? It tells you the issue and fix over the first 15 lines!

Not enough RAM left for allocating memory to Minecraft!
# Possible reasons:
# The system is out of physical RAM or swap space
# In 32 bit mode, the process size limit was hit
# Possible solutions:
# Reduce memory load on the system
# Increase physical memory or swap space
# Check if swap backing store is full
# Use 64 bit Java on a 64 bit OS
# Decrease Java heap size (-Xmx/-Xms)
# Decrease number of Java threads
# Decrease Java thread stack sizes (-Xss)
# Set larger code cache with -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=

i should have enough RAM for the game to run because it ran fine last night but now it isn't.
i have 4GB of ram and allocated 2GB to Minecraft its self, So i assume it should run fine with that much Right? But no i still can't even start The game.

Like i have stated, I read this part but none of it seems to work for me
4GB of RAM is little, buy some RAM sticks to a total of at least 8GB is better. Make sure you have 64 Windows.

Reduce memory load on the system by closing running background programs in Task Manager.

The Version Of McAfee is an Enterprise Edition so that Tool does not work on it.
Uninstall McAfee and see if that helps. Either way, if Minecraft is running out of memory, you're going to need more RAM, either by adding some to your computer or uninstalling programs. That's awesome that it worked up until yesterday, but all computers eventually get filled up with programs that slowly eat away at the amount of available RAM that you have until it is no longer enough to run the game.

Allocate more RAM to Minecraft. Here's a tutorial on how to do so:

I am using windows 64 bit, and i can not buy RAM sticks or even add them to my laptop.
Plus why should this even matter? it worked fine literally Yesterday, how in the world could it just stop working overnight?
Reduce memory load on the system by closing running background programs in Task Manager.
Sadly Thats something i can not do since all the background processes are Mandatory for my laptop to run.
i suspect it is MCafee Antivirus, i never installed it yet it appears in my background processes.
McAfee causes login and multiplayer connectivity problems. Uninstall with MCPR Tool found here

have you tried restarting your computer recently? its possible that there is a memory leak using too much ram
also almost every laptop has the option to upgrade ram, what model are you using?
with as little as 4gb, your computer will REALLY be struggling to keep up and you are actually below the minimum for 64bit windows
